Crab Walk

A greatly relaxed Bridge, to the point its not even considered a backbend. Knees and and elbows are bent while the butt is kept suspended off the ground - but not by much. This allows the preformed to still easily look in the direction of the feet as they walk forward. The wrists usually face back during locomotion.

Raising the butt higher increases difficulty. At the point the head is below the elevation of the butt, it transions to a bridge, and usually require a different grip of the hands on the ground.

Crab Twist

Performing a torso twist during a crab walk. This points the front of the ribcage and the butt towards the floor while moving.

If the knees are lower, these may become a Camel Pose and camel twist.
