षलम्ब भुजङ्गासन (Salamba Bhujangasana, “Sphinx Pose”)
A Backbend. Lying face down, the chest is raised from the ground, arms straight or bent at the elbow, keeping the abdomen against the ground, isolating most of the stretch to the mid back.
