A standing pose, A Front split with a backbend. The performer balances on the front leg, and backbend towards the rear leg, and has caught the leg in their hands. The raised leg is a straight as possible at the knee.

A Scorpion is similar, but the raised leg has its knee bent significantly.

A Floor Needle is the same pose inverted; instead of the wight being supported by the legs, it is supported in a partial cheststand.
