A label put on any supposed elaboration on a triple fold backbend. While these elaborations frequently require a sufficently advanced triple fold to perform, the elaborations generally would not be considerd contortions if performed independant of the triple fold.

There is no single ideal quadruple fold, because such elaborations are directly bases on the capibilities of the artist performing them; thus, this term is likey to remain intentionally ambiguous.
