चक्रासन (Sanskrit: Chakrasana, “Wheel Pose”)
ऊर्ध्वधनुरासन ( Sanskrit: Urdhva Dhanurasana, “Upward-Facing Bow Pose”)
A backbend in which the body forms an arch, supported by both the hands and the feet. Ideally, the arms and legs should be straight and close together. Knees are bent in some variations to produce a different kind of stretch.
This pose is usually preformed with straight legs, but can be preformed with bent knees, as part of a progression to a triple fold.
