Place both palms on the floor with the legs straight
Hyperextend the right elbow 15 degrees
Hyperextend the left elbow 15 degrees
Hyperextend the right knee 15 degrees
Hyperextend the left knee 15 degrees
Passively place the right thumb against the same forearm
Passively place the left thumb against the same forearm
Passively bend the fingers of the right hand backward 90 degrees with respect to the back of the hand.
Passively bend the fingers of the left hand backward 90 degrees with respect to the back of the hand.
