A [[Cheststand]] [[backbend]] where the legs have been extended to a [[front split]] or front [[oversplit]].

Frequently the leg extended over the head is held at the ankle. The opposite leg, extending over and past the abdomen, is unsupported in the air, or the spit is extended until the back foot touches the floor.
