Where an Equalibrist - preform the act while [[poses:handstand|handstanding]]. The performance usually consists of balances including [[poses:split|splits]], and frequently [[poses:backbend|backbends]].

[[equipment:Canes]] are employed to elevate the performer. 


The [[poses:Marinelli Bend]] often works it's way in, if the performer is capable of it.
