  - Place both palms on the floor with the legs straight
  - Hyperextend the right elbow 15 degrees
  - Hyperextend the left elbow 15 degrees
  - Hyperextend the right knee 15 degrees
  - Hyperextend the left knee 15 degrees
  - Passively place the right thumb against the same forearm
  - Passively place the left thumb against the same forearm
  - Passively bend the fingers of the right hand backward 90 degrees with respect to the back of the hand. 
  - Passively bend the fingers of the left hand backward 90 degrees with respect to the back of the hand.
